The curriculum covers both mitigation of digital risks and the development of skills to use digital technology for living and learning. It also helps meet challenges addressed in international documents, such as the UNESCO report on Technology in education, or the European resolution on shaping digital education policy and the Digital Competences Framework.
The curriculum grid is structured according to its 5 main- and 10 sub-areas and the age of the learner. It contains learning aims and teaching strategies to be implemented in a school within different existing or new subjects.
